Amanda Bynes seems to be continuing her downward spiral after being involved in another small car accident on September 13, 2012. After having her driver’s license suspended, the actress has been spotted several times driving around the San Fernando Valley apparently smoking marijuana in her car with a pipe designed to look like a cigarette lighter. The accident happened just hours after a judge ordered her to stop driving as part of an investigation into several other car accidents as well as a DUI charge.

Apparently, Bynes rear-ended another car in a parking lot on Sunset Boulevard, however, her and the other driver did not exchange insurance information. The accident was a small fender bender and TMZ is reporting that she merely tapped the bumper of another car which might explain why the other driver didn’t feel it was necessary to exchange information. Police were quoted by TMZ as having said that the “the public should be afraid of her” and that her driving “scares the shit” out of them. Several sources have apparently told TMZ reporters that “She’s obviously crying out for help, but isn’t ready to receive it” and that “She seems to be having some serious mental health issues“.

Sally Struthers Arrested for DUI

Sally Struthers, 65, the actress best known for her role on the hit show “All in the Family” was arrested on September 12, 2012 for DUI. Struthers was arrested at around 12:30 a.m. while driving in Ogunquit, Maine where she also performs at the Ogunquit Playhouse in the play “9 to 5” made famous by Dolly Parton. Struthers was arrested at the scene and released on $160 bail shortly after.

Seattle Seahawks Running Back Will Not Face Suspension For DUI

Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch will not be facing suspension for a DUI he received during the offseason. Lynch was arrested this past July for DUI in Oakland, California after he was seen weaving in and out of lanes and nearly hitting 2 other vehicles in the process. Jason Kidd Appears In Court For DWI

Jason Kidd, one of the NBA’s most popular players appeared in court on Wednesday September 12, 2012 for a DWI he received earlier this year. Cat Cora Pleads No Contest In California DUI Case

Cat Cora, 45, a celebrity chef with “Iron Chef: America” has entered a plea of “no contest” regarding her arrest for DUI earlier this year. Cora was arrested on June 17 after she rear ended another vehicle in Santa Barbara, California. When officers arrived on the scene, they noticed that Cora was displaying symptoms of alcohol intoxication. After administering two breathalyzer tests, authorities found her blood alcohol content(BAC) to be .20% and .19%, more than double the legal limit of .08%.

Cora also submitted a blood test, which showed her BAC level to be .19% and admitted to having 3 bottles of beer before driving that night. Deputy District Attorney Gary Gemberling has stated that Cat Cora entered a plea of “no contest” and will not face any jail time, as long she successfully completes three years probation. Cora has also been required to pay nearly $2,400 in fines and cannot drive at any time with a measurable amount of alcohol in her system. The celebrity chef will also have to pack a 9 month alcohol education class into her busy schedule.

Jenna Jameson, Porn Star Pleads Guilty to DUI in California

Jenna Jameson, 38, better known as one of Hollywood’s most successful porn stars, has plead guilty to a DUI charge she received earlier this year. On May 25, 2012, Jameson crashed her car into a lamppost in Orange County, California. Melrose Place Actress Amy Locane-Bovenizer Heads To Trial For DUI Manslaughter

Melrose Place actress “Amy Locane-Bovenizer was arrested in June of 2010 after an accident involving the death of another driver. Apparently, Bovenizer was driving down a Cherry Hill Road when she crashed into an elderly couple in a Mercury Milan who were pulling into their driveway.
