Amanda Bynes Gets Pulled Over Again After License Suspension

Amanda Bynes has been pulled over again after a slew of hit and run allegations as well as an arrest for DUI earlier this year. The actress was pulled over on Sunday September 9 for driving without her headlights on and was given a verbal warning before being let go. It’s likely that the officer who pulled her over viewed the incident as such a minor infraction that he didn’t feel it necessary to run her license. If he had ran her license, he would have known that Bynes’ drivers license had been suspended on September 6 as a result of 2 misdemeanor hit and run charges.

Amanda Bynes recently tweeted President Obama for help getting her arresting officer fired and has had several brushes with the law this year. It all began on March 7 when she was pulled over for talking on her cellphone and fled the scene before the officer could issue her the ticket. On April 6, she sideswiped a police cruiser and on April 10 she crashed into another car on the 101 freeway in San Fernando Valley before fleeing the scene. Then again, on May 4, she didn’t realize she had sideswiped a pickup truck, however, the driver did call police. With little to no damage, no arrest was made in that particular incident.

On August 20, 2012, Bynes was hit by another car while driving a rental. The driver who hit her claims that she made a dangerous maneuver that caused the accident. On September 5th, as a result of her April 6th and April 10th accidents, the actress was charged with 2 counts of misdemeanor hit and run. Then, her driver’s license was apparently suspended as a result of those charges on September 6, 2012.
