Disney Star Orlando Brown Has Been Arrested Again for DUI in California

Yahoo! News reported that Orlando Brown, who starred in Disney’s “That’s So Raven” show, was arrested in Hollywood, California for a DUI this past Sunday. The Inquisitr stated that Brown, who is only 25 years old, was booked into jail and is reportedly being held on a $26,000 warrant from a previous arrest for DUI after he failed to appear before a judge during a scheduled court hearing in October of 2012. According to records from the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, Brown has not received a court date yet. It was noted that this is one of many times that Brown has had trouble with the law. In 2007, he was arrested for possession of marijuana. Then, in 2011, he received a DUI charge.

Devin Brown, a former basketball player with the San Antonio Spurs was arrested and charged with DWI on March 26, 2013. While many details regarding the incident have yet to be released, Brown was charged with DWI, having a blood alcohol content (BAC) level higher than .15%. Drake Britton, a pitcher for the Boston Red Sox, was arrested and charged with DUI on March 2, 2013 in Fort Estero, Florida. Britton was arrested around 5 a.m. Saturday morning after an officer paced him at a max speed of 111 mph in a 45 mph zone. The officer pursued Britton on Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, noting that Britton’s vehicle was swerving in between vehicles before jumping a curb and proceeding down a small hill and crashing into a barbed wire fence. After plowing over the fence, Britton allegedly continued driving another quarter mile down a dirt road before finally coming to a stop in a wooded area. According to the police report, when the arresting officer asked Britton for his drivers license, he was was given a debit card. In addition to DUI, Britton was also charged with property damage and reckless driving.

Al Netter, a backup offensive lineman for the San Francisco 49ers was arrested for DUI on February 20, 2013 in San Jose, California. Netter was arrested around 3 in the morning after an officer spotted his vehicle weaving in and out of lanes just a mile from the 49ers practice facility. Al Netter will be the fourth player with the 49ers in 2 1/2 years to be charged with DUI. It is still unclear what Netter’s blood alcohol content (BAC) level was at the time of his arrest or if he performed any field sobriety tests.
