The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department has announced the creation of a website link that allows motorists accused of driving under the influence in California to check the results of their blood or breath tests. A new link titled ‘Alcohol Test Results’ is at the bottom of the main website. Users must log-in with information known only to the California DUI defendant or those familiar with details of the arrest. The report is in a PDF format that can be printed.
A copy of the same information is also available by presenting identification to the Forensic Sciences Laboratory in the Ventura County Government Center.
The web page was created with funding from the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
