Make that to-go in Cheshire, Connecticut – 18-year old Brett Pallotto was arrested after crashing into a McDonald’s restaurant. When police arrived around 11:00 pm they found the front half of Pallotto’s car inside the restaurant. He failed a field sobriety test and was charged with Connecticut DWI, interfering with an officer and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Taking his time in the drive-through lane in Arkansas – Employees of a Camden, Arkansas McDonald’s called police after waiting 15 minutes for a customer to drive from the cashier’s window of the drive-through to the pick-up window. Police found 32-year old Terrance Forte asleep with the engine of his car running and his foot on the brake. When police tried to wake him, Forte offered $10 for his food order. His blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit and he was charged with his third DWI.

Making a late night run in New Jersey – Police in Bayonne arrested Edgar Mongal after watching him speed through a red light and turn into a McDonald’s drive-through. After police detected alcohol on his breath, Mongal admitted that a plastic cup in his car contained cognac. Mongal failed a field sobriety test and his BAC registered three times the legal limit. He was charged with New Jersey DWI, along with several other traffic offenses.
