Suspected Drunk Driver Crashes Into Police Station

 drunk driver runs into fairfax police stationJohn Skrobacz, a drunk driver in Spotsylvania, Virginia was arrested after allegedly crashing into a police station on November 29, 2012. Police say that at around 2 am, Skrobacz drove his vehicle through a lowered garage door at the processing area of the Old Lee Highway station before leaving fleeing the scene. Officials say that the accident has caused about $10,000 worth of damage. Fortunately, no injuries were reported after the accident.

It is suspected that Skrobacz may have been under the influence of drugs at the time of the crash, however, no details have been made public regarding Strobacz’s mental state. After crashing into the station, police found Skrobacz in his car almost a half mile away, stopped on top of a median at the intersection near University Drive and Willard Way. Skrobacz was taken into custody and has been charged with hit and run as well as reckless driving.
