Porn Star Briana Banks Gets DUI At McDonalds

Briana Banks, a well known porn actress, was arrested for DUI on December 5, 2012 in Los Angeles, California at a McDonalds restaurant around 9 am. According to police, Banks was involved in a small fender bender with another vehicle earlier that morning and the driver of the car she hit contacted police. Apparently, that driver informed police that the porn star might have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol when she hit his car.

Next, police spotted Banks in her vehicle leaving a local McDonalds drive through and pulled her over. After questioning Banks, police asked her to submit a series of field sobriety tests, which she failed. After failing her sobriety test, Banks was arrested and taken to a nearby police station where she was booked and released. It is still unclear if Banks was under the influence of alcohol or drugs and she has not yet commented on the matter.
