Hunter Teafatiller, tight end for the Nebraska Cornhuskers football team, entered a plea of not guilty to the charge of second offense Nebraska DUI. Teafatiller was stopped for speeding on June 1 and a breath test revealed a blood alcohol level of 0.20%, or two and a half times the legal limit.
Last year Teafatiller was arrested twice in three months for driving under the influence in Nebraska. He was not prosecuted for the first offense and he pleaded guilty to the second charge. He was sentenced to nine months probation, lost his driver
