Mischa Barton Pleads No Contest to California DUI in Los Angeles

Actress Mischa Barton entered a no contest plea in a Los Angeles court, resolving her California DUI case. She was sentenced to three years probation. She avoided jail time, but must complete a three month alcohol education program and pay a fine. Barton had a marijuana possession charge dropped and a charge of driving without a license reduced to a traffic ticket.
