Mischa Barton Charged with LA DUI & Drug Possession

Mischa Barton was stopped around 2:45 am in the Los Angeles area of West Hollywood while driving her white Range Rover and charged with California DUI, possession of illegal drugs and driving without a valid license.

Barton was still being held at 8:00 am Thursday pending posting of a $10,000 bail.

The 21-year old actress played bad-girl Marissa Cooper on the television series
