Police in Colorado Springs have arrested a man following an accident where his friend fell out of the bed of his moving truck. Brandon Davis was driving his 1996 Dodge Ram and two friends were standing in the bed of the truck. While turning left, Jason Matthews was ejected and he landed on the roadway suffering life threatening injuries.
Davis proceeded to flee the scene. Police found his truck outside his home and arrested him after a brief stand-off.
Davis was charged with driving under the influence in Colorado, vehicular assault and hit-and-run.
