Man Charged with Drunk Driving on Snowmobile
An Ohio man has been charged with operating a snowmobile while under the influence. Andrew Dalton, 24, was taken in by police when deputies saw Dalton retreating from a creek bed where a snowmobile was left. He reportedly refused a breath test and was arrested and then charged with OVI (Operating Vehicle under the Influence).
In 2011, Dalton was jailed after being convicted of a hit-skip violation (also known as hit-and-run), failure to yield from a private driveway, and for being an intoxicated pedestrian on a highway (Ohio Code 4511.481).
