Kentucky Considers Requirement for Interlock Device After DUI

A State representative has proposed legislation mandating the installation of an ignition interlock device for certain offenders of drunk driving in Kentucky. House Bill 58 is patterned after laws passed in 12 other states requiring convicted drunk drivers to have their breath tested before being able to start their vehicles.
