Highway Signs Erected for Victims of Texas DWI

A new state program operated by the Texas Department of Transportation will allow friends and family to memorialize the victims of drunk drivers.

When requested, a sign measuring 42 inch by 48 inches with blue background and white lettering will be placed along state highways near the crash site. The information on the signs will denote the victim
