Burleson, Texas police found a Ft. Worth police officer asleep behind the wheel of his marked patrol car around 4:00 am Sunday morning. Clinton Wyatt, 32, was arrested and charged with drunk driving in Texas.
Wyatt, a five year veteran with the Fort Worth police department, reportedly got off duty at 6:00 pm Saturday. His actions between that time and his DWI arrest in Johnson County are unknown, though it is assumed Wyatt was on his way home when he parked at an intersection.
Wyatt has been placed on restricted duty pending an internal investigation.
