Florida Motorist Joseph Errichiello Hit With DUI While Sober

Joseph Errichiello of Port Richey was arrested at a Florida Highway Patrol roadblock and charged with driving under the influence. He does not drink alcohol however and he was completely sober at the time. During the traffic stop, Errichiello willingly submitted to a breath test, which showed a blood alcohol content of 0.00%.
