DUI Teen Crashes Into Las Vegas Restaurant

Fox News reported that Gage James Lindsey, an 18 year old, received charges for suspicion of DUI after he crashed his car into a Las Vegas restaurant. It was stated that Lindsey crashed his 2003 Lexus into the “Egg & I”, which is near Sahara Avenue and the Las Vegas Strip, approximately during lunch hours. Lindsey crashed into the restaurant’s patio tables and a picture window, seriously injuring about 10 people. Furthermore, police officials stated that Lindsey attempted to discard a Xanax pill while he and a 21-year-old passenger, David Roldan, tried to run from the scene. However, both were tackled down by witnesses. Authorities claimed that Lindsey did not have medical prescription for the drugs. He was summoned to a court hearing this coming Thursday. In addition, on Thursday, the judge dealing with his case will appoint him a lawyer. It was noted that Roldan did not receive any charges.
