Drunk Driver Hides In Snow
NBC15 reported that James M. Frion was arrested in Wisconsin for OWI and resisting legal authorities. Police officials arrested Frion after responding to an emergency call from a local stating that there was “an erratic driver traveling east on Hwy 12/18.” The drunk driver, Frion, was found in a business parking lot near the Village of Cambridge. Frion fled on foot at which time pursuit ensued. Surprisingly, Frion attempted to bury and conceal himself in a pile of snow. Frion was immediately apprehended and taken to the Dane County Jail. He received charges for OWI and resisting police officials.
