In addition to violation of the protection order, Katonah recently was charged with criminal trespass after he was discovered in a neighbor’s barn, and with driving while intoxicated in New York.

Katonah is a former town councilmember in Montgomery, New York. He was arrested for reckless endangerment and discharging a firearm in 2005, and for criminal mischief associated with a domestic dispute in 2008.

On the current violation, he remains in Orange County NY jail on $10,000 bond.
