Ambulance Driver Receives OWI

Sources stated that Daniel Albrecht, an ambulance driver,  was recently charged for drunk driving while “transporting a car accident victim and a young child to the hospital” in Michigan’s Otsego County. Ostego County police officials stated that “they arrested Albrecht after receiving a report of an intoxicated ambulance driver transporting two victims.”

It is known that Albrecht, who is 28 years old, “is an ambulance driver and emergency medical technician for Tri-Township Ambulance in Atlanta.” Albrecht was arrested and taken to the Otsego County Jail. He received several charge counts for OWI, operating while intoxicated, and jeopardizing the life of a child.
