Gary Collins Charged with California DUI

Gary Collins was charged with a DUI in California after being involved in a traffic accident in Sherman Oaks in the San Fernando Valley north of Los Angeles. The TV host and actor was driving a 2004 Ford Explorer when he was struck by an elderly driver in a Toyota. Collins lost control of his SUV, veered in to oncoming traffic and then hit two parked cars.

While the accident was blamed on the other driver, police detected alcohol on Collins
