After Allegation of Weaving and Failure to Stop a DWI Charge With .156 BAC to be Dismissed and Expunged

An officer stopped me at 3:15 A.M. for allegedly straddling a dotted line for approximately one quarter mile and for changing lanes without signaling. The officer reported that I failed to stop immediately when he activated his emergency lights. In a DWI investigation, I took a breath test and blew a .156 (blood alcohol concentration). After hiring Rique Bobbitt and at our first court appearance, Mr. Bobbitt was able to arrange a subsequent dismissal of the DWI after I do not get any new law violations filed against me. It is my understanding that after a period in which I receive no new charges, the charges will be dismissed and because I will not be placed on a formal probation, the DWI will be expunged from my record and all records of the DWI charge will be eliminated from view from all parties including law enforcement personnel. I recommend Rique Bobbitt as an attorney in any criminal case and particularly for an alcohol-related offense..
