John S. Hager is received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. After graduation from law school he worked as an Assistant State Attorney in the Broward County State Attorneys Office where he gained invaluable trial experience and an extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system. He continued to hone his litigation skills with one the largest insurance defense firms in Florida.

John Hager is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, the Broward County Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Brett M. Schwartz earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of Miami, where he co-founded the Pre-Legal Society, and received his law degree from South Texas College of Law.
