Florida DUI Attorney Information

Darren Finebloom is from Miami, Florida and he received a Bachelors Degree in Criminology from Florida State University. He graduated Cum Laude with Honors from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Darren previously worked in the Public Defenders Office for The Twelfth Judicial Circuit and he has practiced criminal law since becoming an attorney. He combines extensive trial experience with a personal interest in his clients’ welfare to provide supportive and competent representation.

Darren is a member of The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Florida Bar Association, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Sarasota County Bar Association.

David Haenel graduated from Widener Law School and received a Master's of Law Degree from SUNY-Buffalo School of Law. He previously was a prosecutor, earning the title of State of Florida DUI Prosecutor of the Year. In addition to litigating Florida DUI and traffic issues, he trained prosecutors and law enforcement in various aspects of traffic related crime. He now puts that experience to work defending those arrested for suspicion of a DUI in Florida.

David has lectured on evidentiary breath testing and he has completed the Laser Operators Course for the State of Florida.
