After a Port Charlotte DUI you only have 10 days to challenge your license suspension
After getting a DUI in Charlotte County, Florida you only have 10 days to challenge your drivers license suspension with the Bureau of Administrative Review. If you don’t challenge your license suspension within the first 10 days your license will be suspended for 6 months if you blew over a .08 and for 12 months if you refused a breath or blood test.
