Barron Hilton Pleads No Contest to California DUI
Paris’ brother sentenced to probation for drunk driving in Los Angeles.
An attorney for Barron Hilton entered a no contest plea to DUI in Los Angeles Superior court. In exchange the 18-year old Hilton received three years probation. He will lose his driver’s license for one year and must complete three alcohol education programs. Hilton was also fined $2,000.
The three education programs include 6-months of alcohol awareness classes, a ‘scared straight’ hospital stint and a field trip to the county morgue.
Hilton was arrested for driving under the influence in California last February after driving erratically on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. His blood alcohol content was .13%, well above the legal limit for intoxication of an adult. The younger brother of Paris was charged with two misdemeanor counts; DUI and possessing a fake driver’s license.
If you been arrested for Driving Under the Influence in Southern California you will need to hire a Los Angeles DUI Attorney.
