Barron Hilton Formally Charged With California DUI in LA

Barron Hilton DUI: Brother of Paris Hilton charged with four misdemeanors for drinking and driving in Los Angeles, California.

Barron Hilton, the 18-year old brother of Paris Hilton, has been formally charged with drunk driving in Los Angeles, California. The Los Angeles District Attorney filed four misdemeanor charges against Hilton, including driving under the influence in California and not having a valid driver’s license.

Hilton was stopped by a concerned motorist after he was seen weaving in a black Mercedes on the Pacific Coast Highway at 8:30 in the morning. His blood alcohol content reportedly registered 0.14%, well above the legal limit for intoxication of an adult. He presented a fake driver’s license at the time of his arrest.

Paris Hilton, 26, was sentenced to 45 days in jail last year for her alcohol related offenses, including DUI in Los Angeles, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.
