The former Motley Crue frontman was booked for Nevada DUI at the Clark County Jail, and his bond has been set at $2000. Despite her pending legal woes, Lohan made the most of her situation, party hopping in the south of France wearing thigh-highs and stiletto heels. She reportedly was at the Cannes festival to drum up support for a film in which she is scheduled to appear, a bio-pic about 70s porn star Linda Lovelace titled 'Inferno'.

Lohan is currently in the third year of probation for a 2007 DUI in Los Angeles, when she pled guilty to having a blood alcohol content above .08%, being under the influence of cocaine and reckless driving.
