Dead Drunk Driving

Police in Lithuania were astonished by breath test results that showed a driver to be 18 times over the legal alcohol limit. They assumed the device was broken, but further tests confirmed that the 41-year-old man registered 7.27 grams per liter of alcohol in his blood. Medical experts say anything above 3.5 grams per liter of alcohol in the blood is lethal for most people. "This guy should have been lying dead, but he was still driving,†said Saulius Skvernelis, director of the national police traffic control service. “It must be an unofficial national record."
